Your art. Your device.

Privacy policy

Velumora is designed to work without collecting your personal data.

Effective October 13, 2026 · Developer: Aasir Valji

The app at a glance

Velumora is an offline interactive art toy for iPhone. It has no accounts, backend, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, subscriptions or in-app purchases. We do not receive your artwork, gestures, identifiers, usage history or diagnostic reports from the app.

What is stored locally

The app stores saved composition parameters, titles, creation dates, thumbnail images, your current composition and preferences in its local app storage. Touch input is processed on the device to create visual effects. Temporary touch histories and live particle bursts are not retained in the saved collection.

We cannot access or retrieve your local collection. iOS may include app data in a device or iCloud backup depending on your settings. Those backups are handled by Apple and are not sent to the developer.

Sharing and Photos

Sharing is optional. When you choose to share, Velumora renders an image locally and opens the native iOS share sheet. The service or person you choose then handles that image under its own practices.

The app requests permission to add images to your photo library only when you choose Save Image. It does not request permission to read your photo library. You can decline this permission and continue using the artwork and local collection.

No tracking or automatic uploads

Velumora does not collect or sell personal data, use advertising identifiers, or track you across apps or websites. It does not automatically contact the developer or upload creations.

Privacy and Support links open our fixed public pages only when you choose them. The core art experience does not require visiting this website.

This website

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Our pages do not set cookies, include third-party analytics, use tracking scripts or load remote advertising. Resources are served by GitHub Pages.

GitHub may process request information, including your IP address, to provide and secure its hosting service. This processing is separate from the offline app. Read GitHub's privacy statement for details.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and resolve reported issues. Please avoid sending private artwork or personal information that is not needed. Support messages are not used for advertising or tracking.

Your choices

You can rename or delete compositions in Collection. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device, subject to iOS backup behavior. Exported images in Photos or another service are separate copies; delete those copies in their respective apps.

Manage Photos permission in iOS Settings. Manage device and iCloud backups through Apple's settings. For questions about information you voluntarily emailed to support, contact us below.

Children

The art experience is intended for a general audience. We do not collect personal information from children through the app. The app does not contain chat, public content feeds or advertising.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. The App Store privacy answers will also be updated when required.
