Common questions

How is my "days left" number calculated? It compares your current age with the average life expectancy for your selected country and sex. It is a statistical estimate for perspective — not a prediction of how long you will actually live.
Is my data private? Yes. Everything is stored on your device. No account is required and no data is sent to a server.
How do I change my birthday, country, or reminder time? Open the app, tap the gear icon in the top-right to open Settings, and edit your profile or notification preferences.
How do I turn reminders on or off? Go to Settings inside the app and toggle the Daily Reminder, or adjust the reminder time.
